Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Rub chicken legs with olive oil, then coat evenly with seasoning mixture.
- Arrange chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
