Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook cranberries with sugar over medium heat until they burst and form a thick sauce. Let cool.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly over tortillas.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over cream cheese layer.
- Roll up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
