  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cooked chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese with softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended. Add the cooked garlic chicken into the cheese mixture, stirring to evenly distribute.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, place the wrapped tortillas seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is gooey inside. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes for a crisp finish.
