- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cooked chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese with softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended. Add the cooked garlic chicken into the cheese mixture, stirring to evenly distribute.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- In a skillet over medium heat, place the wrapped tortillas seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is gooey inside. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes for a crisp finish.
