- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking and tender results.
- You can substitute broccoli with snap peas or bok choy for variation.
