- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to mix.
- Spread burrata cheese on each toasted bread slice.
- Spoon tomato mixture over the burrata, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Add optional Italian seasoning or basil leaves.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze for a sweet contrast and serve immediately for best crispness.
