Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a pot, combine water, butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until mixture forms a dough.
  4. Let cool slightly, then beat in egg and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the dough into 1-inch pieces onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While warm, toss the bites in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate or serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
