- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 oz (170 g) of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add your chosen pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. If using cooked chicken, dice or shred it; if raw, season with salt and pepper and cook in the same skillet until fully cooked and golden.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the ranch dressing, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce. Toss gently to coat everything evenly. Let simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the creamy chicken bacon ranch pasta to serving bowls, garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired, and serve immediately for the best flavor experience.
