Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 12-15 meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by heating honey and soy sauce in a small pan over low heat until combined.
- Once meatballs are baked, toss them in the honey garlic sauce or drizzle on top.
- Garnish with chopped herbs and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or beef for turkey.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
