Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing just until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix brown sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Add remaining batter on top, smoothing the surface.
- Swirl a knife through the batter to create a marbled cinnamon pattern.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
