- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
- Lower heat and stir in milk, shredded cheeses, and honey BBQ sauce. Mix until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with grilled shrimp for variation.
- For extra flavor, add smoked paprika or hot sauce.
