- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 prepared sponge cake or ladyfingers, cubed
- 2 cups vanilla custard or pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Optional garnish: mint leaves, chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Layer the cubed sponge cake at the bottom of a clear glass trifle dish.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the cake.
- Pour a generous layer of vanilla custard over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
