- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over meat mixture, stir well to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Cook until heated through.
- Serve beef mixture over cooked noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
