- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a large pot until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings or bread.
