Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a horizontal slit into each chicken breast to create a pocket.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Secure with toothpicks if necessary, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
