- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet along with cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture and toss to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- This dish pairs well with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables.
