Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
