Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.

- Meanwhile, season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and spices, then grill or sauté until cooked through.
- In a bowl, assemble rice, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled chicken, and fresh spinach.
- Drizzle with optional sauce and garnish with herbs.
