Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and salt; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add carrots, celery, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Shred or chop chicken if necessary, then serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.
