- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add turmeric and stir well.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots and celery, simmer until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

- Adjust turmeric to taste for a milder or stronger flavor.
- You can add extra vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
