A rich and creamy garlic steak tortellini dish blending juicy beef, cheesy pasta, and aromatic garlic, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked tortellini and beef back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
