- 12 oz beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini and beef back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust garlic amount for more or less flavor.
- Use fresh parsley for best presentation.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
