Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, flip the wedges halfway through baking.
- You can substitute fresh herbs with dried for a more intense flavor.
