Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place potatoes in a slow cooker, top with seared chicken, garlic, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor, or boneless as a quicker option.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
