These cheesy garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are a savory, indulgent treat combining the flavors of a cheeseburger in a warm, baked package. Perfect for parties, game days, or quick snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and cut into 8 squares.
  5. Place a beef patty onto each dough square, top with mozzarella cheese, then fold and seal edges.
  6. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
