- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and cut into 8 squares.
- Place a beef patty onto each dough square, top with mozzarella cheese, then fold and seal edges.
- Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Optionally, serve with dipping sauces.

- You can add chopped onions or pickles for extra flavor.
