Instructions
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, and thyme; set aside.

- In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and potatoes; cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Slice steaks and return to skillet to mingle with potatoes and garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
