Instructions
- Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook, spooning garlic butter over the chops for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
