- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon garlic butter over it, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is cooked to internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- You can add a squeeze of lemon for extra zest.
