- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden. Add vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry until tender. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. season with salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and toss with the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese and cherry tomatoes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Use any seasonal vegetables you have on hand.
