Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Sprinkle shredded cheese and toppings evenly on top of the sauce.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Brush the rolls lightly with olive oil and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
