- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For Streusel:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a separate large bowl, combine sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, orange juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
- For streusel, combine flour and brown sugar, cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before drizzling with orange glaze (mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth). Spread glaze over cooled bread.

- Serve slices warm or at room temperature.
