  • For Streusel:
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a separate large bowl, combine sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, orange juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. For streusel, combine flour and brown sugar, cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle streusel on top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely before drizzling with orange glaze (mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth). Spread glaze over cooled bread.
