- 1 lb Italian sausage links, sliced
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook sausage slices until browned. Transfer to slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy hot with bread or rice.

- You can substitute chicken sausage for Italian sausage for a lighter option.
- Add crushed red pepper for extra spice.
