Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and grill marks appear.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Cover the grill to melt the cheese and heat the salsa.
- Remove from grill, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
