Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from grill, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

- You can substitute chicken thighs for breast for juicier skewers.
