- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 8 ounces chow mein noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for variation.
