- 200g chow mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, shredded cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variety.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes.
