  • 200g chow mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, shredded cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
