- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, sage, Parmesan, eggs, walnuts, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Feel free to substitute walnuts with pecans or leave them out for a nut-free option. Serve with cranberry sauce or a zesty dip for extra flavor.
