Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo
- 2 tablespoons sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini slider buns or dinner rolls
- Pickles, lettuce, and sliced red onions for toppings
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or air fryer, fry chicken until golden and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per batch).
- Drain excess oil on paper towels for crispy texture.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth to make Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss fried chicken in sauce or drizzle on sliders.
- Slice buns and assemble sliders with chicken, pickles, lettuce, onions, and sauce.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep crispy.
- Assemble sliders just before serving for maximum freshness and crunch.
- For a healthier option, use an air fryer instead of frying in oil.
- You can customize spice levels by adjusting sriracha or hot sauce quantities.
