Instructions
- Start by slicing your chicken breasts into strips and slicing the bell peppers and onion into thin, even pieces. This ensures all ingredients cook uniformly.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything is evenly coated for maximum flavor.
- Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the fajitas for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
