  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the red and yellow peppers until charred, then peel and seed.
