Ingredients

- 3-4 pound beef chuck roast
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet of Au Jus gravy mix
- 4 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch and Au Jus packet over the beef.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and butter on top.
- Pour beef broth around the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred the beef slightly and serve with gravy and vegetables.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can add potatoes or carrots for a complete meal.
