- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix cooked rice, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef mixture in a large bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
- Add hot sauce or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
