Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Optional: Remove chicken and pour the cooking liquid into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and thicken with cornstarch for a glaze.
- Serve chicken garnished with sesame seeds and green onions alongside rice or vegetables.

- For a thicker sauce, add cornstarch during the final cooking stage.
