Instructions
- Place sliced chicken and beef in the crockpot.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until meat is tender.
- Serve hot with tortillas, garnished with your favorite toppings.
