Instructions
- Place beef strips, sliced peppers, and onions into the slow cooker.
- Mix beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and onion powder; pour over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cook on high for 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- You can add sliced mushrooms or snap peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
