- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat the cooked rice in a large bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked, shred or slice it and layer over rice.
- Top with tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
