Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced smoked sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.

  4. Spread the potato mixture in a greased baking dish and top with cooked sausage and both types of cheese.
