Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch the cabbage leaves until soft. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground meat with onions and garlic until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cooked rice into the meat mixture.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll up tightly, folding in the sides.
- Optional: Heat sauce and serve the wraps drizzled with sauce and garnished with herbs.
