Instructions
- Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, and chili flakes. Set aside.
- Grill or cook the sliced chicken until fully cooked and slightly charred for extra flavor.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spread a layer of peanut sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken, shredded carrots, red bell peppers, cilantro, and chopped peanuts.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro and peanuts if desired.
