Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Pour remaining marinade into the pan, stirring to coat everything evenly, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
