- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 24 meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Serve these meatballs over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- You can also bake the meatballs initially for a quicker cook time, then add to the sauce.
