Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 24 meatballs.
