- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and fold in dried strawberries and oats.
- Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden edges are visible.
- Allow cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute dried strawberries with freeze-dried strawberries for an intense flavor.
- For extra crunch, sprinkle some crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top before baking.
